2027 Partnership for Healthy Cities Summit

London, UK, March 7-9

About the event

Taking place in London, United Kingdom from March 7-9, 2027, this invitation-only event convenes mayors, local government officials and health leaders from cities across the globe to discuss public health best practices that save lives and create safer, healthier and more equitable urban centers for all.

Chronic diseases—such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes—and injuries kill tens of millions of people in cities every year. These deaths are driven by risk factors like air pollution, unsafe roads, tobacco and unhealthy food, which are heavily concentrated in urban environments. With more than half the world's population living in cities, local leaders are uniquely positioned to transform the fight against rising health threats, reaching people where they live, work and learn.

The Summit brings ambitious urban leadership together to share what's working—and what’s not—and accelerate action in cities everywhere.

The Summit is co-hosted by Bloomberg Philanthropies, the World Health Organization and Vital Strategies.
